There is a great demand for data entry operators and phone operators to serve
the 24-hour, 7-day a week call center. MicahTek provides on-site training and
cross-training. Phone operators take product orders from incoming calls for
multiple clients, provide customer service, and capture call record details.
Basically, phone agents must love to type and talk on phones following clients’
scripts.
